Easy Moist Cornbread

I came up with this recipe because whenever I have cornbread, I always wish it could be fluffier and less sweet.
These aren't that sweet, so they're great to have with your main meal. You can also serve them with chili beans. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking!
I used a gas oven. Adjust the cooking time according to your oven. Recipe by Miniature basil

Steps
- 1
Put all of the ingredients apart from those marked ☆★ into a bowl and mix together. Mix until the margarine is soft.
- 2
Add milk to Step 1 and keep mixing.
- 3
Add the ★ ingredients to Step 2 and roughly mix.
- 4
Pour the batter into a tin and bake for 23 minutes in a 180℃ preheated oven (this time I used a 18 x 18 cm silicone mold).
- 5
Take it out from the oven and leave to cool. Cut into your desired size and it's done.
- 6
If you're not eating it straight away, wrap with cling film to prevent it from drying out.
