Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°

Lightly grease 9"x13" pan. Do not over grease as your crust won't stick to the sides

In a medium saucepan boil water

Add butter and allow to melt
- 5
Remove from heat and immediately add flour stirring well until it forms a ball
- 6
Add eggs one at a time stirring until completely incorporated each time
- 7
Spread crust into prepared pan making sure to squish up the sides

Bake 25-30 minutes. Keep an eye on it you want a light golden brown color

Allow to cool. Do not pop the bubbles this is what makes the crust so light and delicious

While the crust is cooking prepare pudding according to package directions. Chill until fully set (about it 15 minutes)

Mix cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add set pudding and blend until no longer lumpy

Spoon cream cheese/pudding mixture on top of cooled crust. Top with thawed cool whip or homemade whipping cream

Drizzle chocolate syrup on top

Chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes so everything can set

Cut and enjoy!
