Prosciutto wrapped roasted asparagus

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Rinse and drain asparagus and trim off the thick ends. Pat dry.

    Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  4. 4

    Drizzle olive oil on the paper and spread out the asparagus on the tray. Roll the asparagus to coat with oil.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle asparagus with a little salt. Separate asparagus into bundles and wrap a slice of prosciutto around each bundle. Secure with toothpick if needed.

  6. 6

    Roast for 15 minutes then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
