Ingredients

  1. 2 CAP flour
  2. 1 Tbsbaking powder
  3. 1/2 Cgranulated sugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/3 Coil (canola or vegetable)
  6. 1well beaten egg
  7. 1 1/4 Cmilk
  8. 1/2 Cblueberries

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    Combine dry ingredients well

  3. 3

    Make a well in center and add oil, egg and milk

  4. 4

    Stor just enough to moisten then add Blueberries by gently folding them in

  5. 5

    Fill muffin tins ¾ way
    (Use paper liners, or grease metal and silicone tins)

  6. 6

    Bake at 425°F for 15-20 min until toothpick comes out clean or with crumbs.
