As a Greek-American, I grew up with bay leaves used as an herb in roasts, soups, & stews, but wondered what else they could be used for in recipes. After researching recipes online, I learned that bay leaves can be boiled along with herbs and spices such as ginger & cinnamon to make a lovely, warm, uplifting tea. Here's the recipe!

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in a cup

Boil water and pour into cup. Cover and steep 3 to 5 minutes

Strain and drink warm
