Peel off boiled leftover potato.
Take a plate add all ingredients. Add spices. - 2
Mash potato rice & bread slices.mix all spice. Make dough. Make balls & shaped Cutlate.

Heat a kadhai.Add oil.
Fry all Cutlate in oil in medium flam till golden brown & crispy.
Remove out from oil. Take on peper. - 4
Ready Leftover boiled potato Cutlate.

Serve hot cutlate with green chuteny & tomato sauce.
