First Of All, Heat 1 Tbsp Of Ghee In A Pan And Roast The Matar, Gobi, Onion, Garlic And Ginger On Medium Flame For 3-4 Minutes.

Then Turn Off The Gas Flame And Let The Mixture Cool Down. Now Grind It With Half A Cup Of Water In A Grinding Jar And Make A Paste.

Now Heat 1 Tbsp Of Ghee In A Pan Add Khda Masala And Saute For Few Seconds. Add The Grinded Mixture To It. Add 3 Cups Of Vegetable Stock, Oregano, Pepper Powder, Salt And Lemon Juice To It And Mix Well

Now Add Fresh Cream And Let It Cook Covered For 4 To 5 Minutes. If The Soup Seems Thin, You Can Add 1 Tablespoon Of Corn Flour Slurry(optional)

Take The Creamy Soup In A Serving Bowl And Garnish With Oregano And Chilli Flakes. Serve hot.
