Steps

Boil and peel potatoes

Soak postu and kaju

Make puree of tomatoes onion green chillies postu and kaju

Cut potatoes into four parts

Take kadhai put oil or butter put jeera, kalonji, hing and put potatoes and fry a bit

Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chili powder and mix well

Add puree and mix well

Mix well add little water and cover for 2-3 minutes

Alu postu ready to serve with rice, Parantha garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
