Prepare all the things, measure the sesame seeds and jaggery, add cooking soda, ghee and pour 1 bowl of ghee and pour it on the platform as it is to be woven on the platform.
Roast the sesame seeds and when it is dry, take it out in a plate and add jaggery to it. - 2
Now add water to it and make syrup and pour water in 1 bowl and check by putting a drop in it, if the drop does not stick to the tooth then pour your syrup.

Now when the syrup is ready, add cooking soda and ghee to it.

Now add sesame and turn off the gas and mix.

Now pour the mixture on the platform and press it with a bowl greased with ghee and then roll it with a rolling pin.

Now when it cools, cut them.
