Cooking Instructions

Cook your beef till they are tender

Wash the fresh pepper, onion, ginger & garlic and set aside. Dice and wash the plantains.

Divide the cooked beef into 3 portions. Cut 2/3 portions of the beef to small sizes.

Blend 1/3 portion of the beef with the fresh pepper, onion, ginger and garlic till the form a homogeneous paste

Fry the plantain till they turn golden brown

In a dry pot, add groundnut oil(the amount you want), then pour in the blended ingredients and sauté for 2-3 minutes

Add your salt, Maggi cubes and other spices of your choice and stir

Then add the beef and fried plantain and stir, leave to cook for two minutes

Lastly, add the washed and chopped pumpkin leaves, leave to cook for 1-2 minutes on a low heat

The food is ready. You can serve with white rice or yam. You can as well enjoy the leafy beef delight with a cold fresh juice and any fruit of your choice.
