Ingredients

20 mins
  • 250 gsoft butter
  • 250 gsugar
  • Vanilla
  • 5eggs
  • 250 gself raising flour

20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix butter, vanilla and sugar

  2. 2

    Mix in eggs one at a time

  3. 3

    Fold in flour.

  4. 4

    Split between 2 round baking trays

  5. 5

    Bake fan 150C for 20min.
