Take a glass of water in a container. Add lemongrass, mint and ginger to it and boil it on medium flame for about two to three minutes.

Strain this boiled mixture in a glass. Add honey and lemon-juice in it and stir well. The drink so prepared can be served hot or even chilled in a glass garnished with lemon-slices and mint leaves.
