Chikoo kesari

Take chikoo fruits,peel out the skin and remove the seeds,keep ready the pulp to make kesari.

Takes mixie jar add chikoo fruit pulp and little milk.Grint into a smooth paste.

Keep a non-stick pan on medium heat, add the nuts satue till golden brown. Remove and keep aside.

Same pan add semolina, fry till smell comes out, then add little milk,mix it well and close the lid to cook the raw for two minutes.

Then add sugar and chikoo paste, mix it nicely. Keep it for few minutes to melt and mix the sugar, chikoo paste and raw combine well.

Add some more milk, cardamom powder and two table spoon of ghee,mix well and close with lid for few minutes.

Then add the roasted nuts and ghee,give a nice mix.Now superb, tasty sapota kesari ir ready to taste.

Transfer the chikoo kesari to a serving bowl. Decorate with some chikoo cut pieces.
