Steps

Whisk together the dry ingredients (first 3) & put aside. In a separate bowl mix: the softened butter, white sugar, egg & vanilla.

Fold in dry ingredients into the wet ones until a dough is formed.

Mix in your toppings until well combined.

Preheat your oven to 350, while it is preheating, place dough in fridge. Roll dough into decent sized balls and place on a pan sprayed with baking spray. Let cook 12-15 minutes. When they come out you may want to flatten them. Let test on baking sheet for 8-10 min then place on baking rack.
