Brown ground beef with onion, drain grease. While beef is cooking, cook macaroni in beef broth to al dente stage. When macaroni is cooked, don’t drain.

Put chopped tomatoes and peppers in blender for smaller pieces (makes it go further). Add to beef. Stir in tomato sauce. Stir until completely blended.

Stir in cooked macaroni with any broth. Reduce heat to low simmer, let simmer for about 10 minutes. Taste. Add salt and pepper as desired. If too thick add beef broth, not water.

Divide into serving bowls, top with cheese, sour cream onions, etc. your choice. Enjoy!
