In winter season lots of Amala and we can do pickle Amala candy.,juice,or chatani.here I made a Takku a kind of pickle and it’s teasty and healthy.

In winter season lots of Amala and we can do pickle Amala candy.,juice,or chatani.here I made a Takku a kind of pickle and it’s teasty and healthy.
Steps
- 1
Heat small pan or Kadhai add oil,add methi and fry golden brown colour. Turn off gas Greta Amala and add in glass bowl.

Put a fried methi in mixer jar and crush it roughly.In a plate or bowl add all spices and salt,sugar mix it well
- 3
Add grated Amala and mix it well ready your Amala Takku to eat.add Tadaka or raw oil and serve with chapati or roti.tasty tasty Amala pickle.
