Ingredients

  1. 1Beetroot
  2. 1Cucumber
  3. 1carrot
  4. 250 g.m. Curd
  5. 1chilli
  6. 1 SpoonCurindar
  7. Salt
  8. 1 SpoonSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate all the beet root, cucumber and carrot. Now add curd in a bowl and mix it.

    Add salt to taste and sugar and chop one green chilli and mix.. Add chopped coriander on top..

    Mix everything well and serve garnished with rose petals and cucumber.
