Chocolate Banana Scones Made Completely in a Plastic Bag!

I always end up buying bananas, but I often find it hard to eat them up. So I came up with this recipe to save those unwanted bananas.
I wanted to make a super simple recipe as I don't like things which take time and effort!
I made these scones for tomorrow's breakfast, but my children are already fighting over them!!
I guess I should bake them again….
They will have a better fragrance and be tastier if you use a ripe banana with dark skin.
I used 2 small bananas, but if you like a firmer texture, reduce the amount of banana you use! Recipe by Naonao1022

Steps
- 1
Break up the chocolate bar in a wrapper along the lines between the squares and break each square into 2~3 pieces. Mash the banana in a plastic bag.
- 2
Add the vegetable oil and mix in. Add the pancake mix and knead well to mix altogether.
- 3
(Preheat the oven to 180°C.) Add the chocolate from Step 1 and mix in. Flatten the dough to about 2 cm thick.
- 4
Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces with a knife over the plastic bag, pressing the entire knife blade slowly into it. You will feel good hearing the cracking sound of the chocolate when you cut.
- 5
Tear the plastic bag and transfer the dough onto a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Cover with aluminum foil if they are browned midway through.
