First boil the amla... Drain the water. Transfer the amla and a safe microwave bowl. Add salt and microwave for 1 minute or till the amla is tender. Once it done. Switch off the oven take out from the oven. Cool t and deseeded the Amla. Once it is done then keep aside.

Now transfer the Amla in a blender. Add green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garlic pods, rock salt or white salt, jaggery for sweetness.

Then grind it into fine paste. Don't add water. Once it is done.

Then transfer to a bowl... For tadka..
Heat oil in a Kadai. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and dry red chilli. Fry till it crackles... Once it is done.. - 5
Transfer to a bow. Serve with cosa, rice and dal....
