Mix chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, pepper powder, corn flour, maida, curd, egg. Mix well. Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.

Deep fry in oil.

Take another pan. Keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add 2 table spoons of oil, once the oil heats add garlic, green chilli, curry leaves. Keep the stove in low flame. Mix fried chicken pieces into it. Fry in low flame.

Take it into a plate. Serve hot yummy chicken fry 😋
