Take a heavy bottam kadai add desi ghee into it when ghee is properly hot this time add grated carrots and sauty few minutes

When carrots change colour now best time to add milk in halwa and cook halwa in milk when milk dissolve

When milk dissolve add sugar and mix well cook for atlest 5 more minutes and mix mava and nuts into halwa

Serve hot with topped melt mava if you want enjoy😊
