Ingredients

10 muffins
  1. Muffins
  2. 1-1/2 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 3bananas mashed
  7. 3/4 cupwhite sugar
  8. 1/3 cupmelted butter
  9. 1egg beaten
  10. Crumb Topping
  11. 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  12. 2 tbspall purpose for
  13. 1/8 tspground cinnamon
  14. 1 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes

    Preheat oven to 375deg

  2. 2

    Lightly grease muffin pan or place liners

  3. 3

    Muffin mixture In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt

  4. 4

    In a seperate bowl, beat bananas, white sugar, melted butter, and egg

  5. 5

    Combine both mixtures

  6. 6

    Spoon the batter into the muffin pan until about 3/4 full per muffin

  7. 7

    Crumb topping. Mix brown sugar, for, and cinnamon together in a small bowl

  8. 8

    Using a fork, mix in one tablespoon of butter until mixture is crumbly

  9. 9

    Sprinkle over the top of the muffins

  10. 10

    Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean
