Maize flour Uthapam

Take maize flour and rice flour, put it bowl,mix well.

Cut onion,green chilli, coriander leaves, keep ready.

Take a big bowl add needed amount of flour mix, give seasoning with mustard, curry leaves, onion add salt add some water,give a nice mix. Batter should be little thick,not watery. Keep it for three hours.

Keep dosa tawa on medium heat, add one ladle full of batter, don't spread it wide. Add some chopped onion and coriander leaves. Sprinkle some oil, close with lid. Let it cook well.

Flap the Uthapam other side,let it cook for some time.Remove from tawa. Transfer to a serving plate.

Serve the super tasty and healthy maize flour Uthapam with onion chutney or any other chutney as you wish. Enjoy.
