550 gmsPotatoes
Garlic cloves large 2
Small red chilli 1,chopped
2 tbspOil
1/2 tspTurmeric
1/2 tspBlack mustard seeds
1/4 tspBlack pepper
Salt to taste

Peel and cut potatoes into long matchsticks.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in garlic and all the spices and fry for a minute.

Add in potatoes and fry till tender and golden.

Lastly mix in black pepper.
6

Serve hot.
