150 gramscoarse wheat flour
150 gramsjaggery powder
1/2 tspoon cardamom powder
100 gramsghee
Dry fruits

Dry roast wheat flour and keep aside.

Heat a pan,add ghee.
Roast flour in ghee till ghee separates.

Add warm water in it.Once Water evaporates then add jaggery powder and cardamom powder.Add Dry fruits.Saute for two minutes.

Halwa gets ready to serve.
