In a bowl add ground beef, yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste; mix well, cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Heat tawa and place tomatoes, cut side down, and add ½ cup water, cover & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes..

Chop tomatoes with the help of spoon then remove its skin

Now chop well tomatoes then move to the one side of griddle.

Add oil, mix well with tomatoes & cook on low flame for 3 minutes. –

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, mix well.

Add 2 tablespoon water, mix well & cook till oil separates.

Add marinated mince, mix well & cook on medium flame for 8 minutes.

Cover & simmer on low flame 10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.

Add green chillies, cilantro, lemon juice & mix well.

Add onion rings and give coal smoke 3 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander, lemon slices & serve with naan!
