2 ingredient magic. This is Munakka Milkshake for you. Munakka or the dried Golden Grapes with seeds inside them is an excellent source of Iron making it an ideal choice of all. It is the best and the cheapest source of Iron that is responsible for a good Haemoglobin count in the body thus protecting one against the most common dietary deficiency disease called Anaemia.
It is the most simplest and the most loved one for sure. Kids would love it's flavour and aroma both.
Munakka has antiseptic and anti inflammatory properties that help in gum health. It is advisable to eat 6-7 of them daily. It contains Vitamin C and antioxidants that might help maintain glowing and healthy skin. Though it's a perfect one for many reasons, over consumption can always be disastrous. As it is rich in Fibre content, having it in excess can cause Diarrhoea or in worst cases even Diabetes. So keeping a check is always recommended. Reap their utmost benefits by carefully following a routine and avoiding over consumption. Let's toast to a happy healthy you!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
