Rinse and dry your Top Round Roasts, then place into your crockpot………

In a bowl combine your black pepper, bbq sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato paste, set bowl to the side …….

Place your sliced onions, green pepper, green beans and baby carrots on top of your roast ………

Pour your reserved sauce mixture over all, cover crockpot and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally……..Shred beef lightly with 2 forks ………

Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy 😉!
