2 ingredient magic. This is Munakka Milkshake for you. Munakka or the dried Golden Grapes with seeds inside them is an excellent source of Iron making it an ideal choice of all. It is the best and the cheapest source of Iron that is responsible for a good Haemoglobin count in the body thus protecting one against the most common dietary deficiency disease called Anaemia.
It is the most simplest and the most loved one for sure. Kids would love it's flavour and aroma both.
Munakka has antiseptic and anti inflammatory properties that help in gum health. It is advisable to eat 6-7 of them daily. Steps

    Add boiled and cold milk to a blender jar at first.

  2. 2

    Next wash a few munakka with clean drinking water. Deseed them all. Add them to the jar as well.

    Blitz on a high until done. Creamy and luscious munakka milkshake is all ready. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
