Rosemary water benefits are innumerable. These are no longer hidden. Making some good amount of Rosemary water at home is absolutely easy. It's a great option and can be utilised to the maximum. Because of the natural properties present in Rosemary, it boosts hair growth by inhibiting hormonal changes that lead to hair loss and improves circulation to the hair follicles. It acts an antioxidant and reduces inflammations on the scalp. The best part is that it can be used daily. It also enhances the hair colour and gives a great look. But it should not be mistaken for any dye or hair colour. It just gives the hair a shine. And also remember to do a patch test before using it. Though Rosemary is safe to use, some people might have an irritation on their scalps, so apply an little of it for almost a Week and then if there is no irritation, proceed with it. Otherwise do not use Rosemary water. Let the hair dry fully before you tie up. Rinsing is not actually needed. It doesn't strain nor is harmful. It is just water. Let it dry after you apply it. And then tie your hair back. Or if you want to rinse it, there is absolutely no ham at all. Healthy and lustrous locks is now possible, all thanks to the beautiful herb Rosemary.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
