This Tea or hot concoction is also a super healthy one for adults suffering from any of the problems mentioned above. The colour looks so good too because of the Coconut Jaggery added to it. It also gives a unique flavour to it. Healthy and perfect. It's absolutely easy to make and refreshing.
For hairs, the oil with Curry Leaves makes them long and lustrous with no split ends and dryness.

Ingredients

8-10 minutes
1 serving
  • 1 1/2 cupswater
  • 2 sprigsCurry Leaves
  • 1 tbspCoconut Jaggery

Steps

8-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Bring water to a rolling boil on a high heat at first. After it starts boiling vigorously, lower the heat. Allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes more.

    Now add the curry leaves. Boil for a minute and then switch off the gas. Allow it to steep for about 3-4 minutes. Also add the coconut jaggery.

    Strain and serve it warm. Healthy and wholesome. Enjoy!
