Avocado Paneer Kalakand

Make all ingredients ready.
Mash the avocado.
Sauté cashew almond flakes in a little ghee.
Crumble the Paneer. - 2
Take a Ghee in a nonstick pan.
Add Avocado pulp and saute.
Then add Paneer,mix well.
Now add condensed milk and mix thoroughly till the mixture comes in a dough form.
Add half of the nut flakes and mix again. - 3
Now set the mixture in a pre-greased plate and sprinkle the rest of the nut flakes.
When the mixture cools down,make a square piece and set each piece on a parchment paper so that they don't stick.
Tasty and Yummy Kalakand is ready..
