Crab Rolls
A nice alternative to the classic lobster roll.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Melt butter and add lemon juice and whisk together with mayo, pepper, and Old Bay.
- 2
Shred the crabmeat and toss with celery and onion in a large bowl. Add wet ingredients and fold in.
- 3
Spread butter on buns and toast in pan or on grill. Fill with crab mix and serve.
