Marinate the chicken with all the spices, yogurt, garlic, lemon, orange zest and juice, and oil. For best flavor, let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

After marinating, heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté until cooked through. Add the tomato slices, stir, then remove from heat.

Spread garlic sauce, mayonnaise, and ketchup (optional) on the bread. Add the onion, parsley, sumac, and pomegranate molasses mixture. Top with chicken, pickles, and French fries. Roll up the wrap, then toast it in a sandwich press or skillet if desired. Serve and enjoy.
