Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  • 4.5 ozpasta (about 1 cup or 125 grams)
  • 1egg
  • 3 tablespoonsheavy cream (about 1.7 fl oz or 50 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard
  • 1 tablespoonmilk
  • Shredded Swiss cheese
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the pasta until al dente.

  2. 2

    Mix the egg, cream, milk, mustard, and salt together.

  3. 3

    Place the cooked pasta in a baking dish, pour the egg mixture over it, and top with shredded Swiss cheese. Cook in your air fryer at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
