Rinse strawberries with water then drain water completely. Remove green stems then chopped strawberies

Take a blender add chopped strawberies and sugar until smooth puree

Now add curd and cream and rose water and pulse till smooth creamy texture

Take serving glasses add ice cubes pour smooth creamy lassi immediately into glasses serve chilled.
