  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1onion
  • 2chopped garlic
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1carrot
  • 2potato
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspturmericpowder
  • 1 tsppickle masala

    In a kadai add onion,chilli, garlic now add sabji like Gobhi,aloo,matar,gajar mix it well.

    Now add some spices like(red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,haldi,pickle masala)mix it again.

    Now cook for 10 min.on low flame.sabzi is ready.
