1/2 tspmustard seeds
1/4 tspasafoetida
1/2 tsplemon juice
1/4 tspsugar

Peel & grate carrots. Keep aside.

In a pan add oil. Add mustard seeds, let them splutter,then add asafoetida. Add carrots and saute for 1 minute till moisture evaporates. But keep crunchy.

Add green chillies & give a toss.

Switch off the gas. Take it in a serving bowl & serve.
