Moth dal is very beneficial for our health. I made Moth Dal Vada using sprouted moth beans. I also made a mint-cilantro chutney to go with it.
Steps

First, coarsely grind 1 cup sprouted moth beans and the soaked split chickpeas (chana dal). Gather all the ingredients together.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl, then add salt and all the spices. Mix well.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Shape the mixture into vadas (patties) and fry until golden brown.

Your delicious and healthy Moth Dal Vada is ready.

For the chutney, blend a few mint leaves, cilantro, 2 green chilies, salt, and some ice cubes in a blender. Add half a lemon and blend again to make the chutney.

Serve the tasty and healthy Moth Dal Vada on a plate with mint-cilantro chutney.
