Schezwan cheesy khandvi
Steps

Sieve gram flour. Add buttermilk, salt and turmeric powder according to measure and mix well.

Put the mixture in the cooker, close it for 5 whistles and let it cool. Spread on greased platform/ dish.

Spread sezwan sauce on it and sprinkle grated cheese. When it cools down a bit, cut it make rolls from it.

In a serving bowl arrange khandvi. For tempering take oil and add mustard seeds in it add sesame seeds as soon as it gets crackling. Add asafoetida in tadka and pour on khandvi and top up with some grated cheese.
