Drumstick aloo curry

Peel drumstick, wash it, cut it into 2 " pcs, boil it for 3 minutes, strain it, keep aside. Wash aloo, keep aside in water.

Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it. In goes onion paste, mix it well. Add in ginger garlic paste, add lil water, mix it well.

Cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add haldi powder, dhania powder & red chilli powder, mix it well. Sprinkle lil water, also add salt,mix it well, cook it until oil has surfaced.

Now add garam masala powder & kashmiri red chilli powder, mix it well. In goes lil water, mix it well. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add aloo & Drumstick, stir fry it for a minute. Cook it covered on low flame for 5 minutes.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add 1 cup water (adjustable), place the lid, give 3 whistles on high flame.

Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally. Open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...
