Schezwan Noodles

Take a pan boil water add pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil to water then add noodles in it. Boil for 3-4 minutes and separate gently. Drain off the noodles and rinse with cold water.

Heat oil in Kadai. Add crushed garlic and ginger in it and saute. After that add onion. When onion gets transparent add carrot and capsicum. Mix well and cover it for 2-3 minutes. After that add schezwan sauce and salt and mix well.

After mixing schezwan sauce with cooked veggies add cooked noodles and mix gently. After mixing it Serve hot.
