Grate the bottle gourd.

In a bowl add grated bottle gourd, wheat flour, besan, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, baking soda, oil and knead a semi soft dough.

On the other hand, in a kadhai take 2 tbsp oil, add Rai, hing add water 4 glasses of water, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, dhaniya jeera powder.Let it boil.

From the dough we prepared and small sized balls and it into the kadhai. Let it boil on the medium flame it the muthiyas we add becomes double in size.

Now the rasiya muthiyas are ready. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
