1 tbspoil
2 tspginger - garlic paste (coarse)
2 tbspcarrots, 🥕 cut into strips
2 tbspgreen capsicum, cut into strips

Soak Ching 's noodles as per the instructions given at the back of the packet. Chop all the veggies.

Heat oil to a smoking point. Add spring onion, white & green, ginger - garlic paste Saute on fast flame.Add all the veggies & saute for 1/2 a minute only,so that they remain crunchy.

Add Schezwan sauce & tomato ketchup. Add salt. Toss.

Lastly add the drained noodles & toss well so that everything mixes well. Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
