4 shotspink tonic
Watermelon pieces (deseeded) or strawberries
Fresh mint
Wedge or lime or lemon
Salt for rimming
Sprigfresh thyme

Rim the glass: Rub the rim of a glass with a lime wedge, then dip it in salt to coat the rim

Crush mint and strawberries or watermelon at the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass with ice

Pour in the gin, then top with tonic. Add a sprig of thyme. Enjoy!
