  • 1chopped cucumber 🥒
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 5-7strawberries chopped
  • 2-4chopped green chillies
  • Some chopped coriander
  • Some pudina chopped
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspmixed herbs
  • 1lemon 🍋 juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Some roasted peanuts 🥜

    In a bowl add boiled quinoa rice.Assemble all ingredients

    Add all chopped ingredients in a quinoa bowl.Mix well and add masala ingredients

    Combine all.Transfer all these in a serving dish garnish with roasted peanuts squeeze lemon mix and serve healthy bowl and enjoy 😋
