Arrange all ingredients as shown in picture Firstly in large bowl take cusrated powder and add 1cup water dont put whole cup of water suddenly. Put little of water and whisk well make sure There are no lumps. Q

Then take a pan of nonstick kadai and put 2 cups sugar and 2 cups of water and switch on the high flame when sugar gets completely dissolve Then low flame and add cusrated powder liquid slowly.

Then the cusrated and sugar syrup gets murge Then cusrated transfrom into chunks as slow in the picture make sure stir it from the bottom of the consistency with the help of spatulala it takes upto 30 minutes. Add ghee by 2 spoons then mix it well. All the ghee absorbs then add another. At last add some cashew and cardamom powder and mix well. And switch off the flame.

Take a tin and grease it well and put the whole mixture and let it cool for 1 hour. And decorate it with some pista and melon seeds.
