First of all, wash and dry the mango and carrot. Peel and chop the carrot and chop the mango with peel.

Take both in a big bowl and add pickle masala mix, salt and oil and mix it well.

Instant pickle of raw mango and carrot is ready. It can be used immediately and store for a week in refrigerator. It Tastes good with roti, thepla or as a side dish in the main course.
