Steps

Take all vegetables clean and cut into small pieces,keep all things ready to make poha dumplings.

Krro tawa on medium flame,add oil, mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal fry for a minute and add chopped green chillies,onions curry leaves, and coconut, fry well.

Add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder and mix well.

Clean the poha with plain water, remove the water completely, then add to the vegetables mix. Saute for five minutes.

Transfer to a plate,let it cool, then make dumplings. Keep into the stream vessel.

Keep a pan add water,then keep the dumpling vessel.Let it cook fo seven minutes. Remove from the steam, super healthy and tasty poha dumplings is ready to serve.
