1 tspmustard seeds + cumin seeds
1 tspUrad Dal
Salt to taste
1 tspchopped fresh coriander

Peel off beetroot grate it

Squeeze it take a bowl add rice add curd beetroot juice

Salt mix it well heat pan add 1tsp oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds and Urad Dal

Add it on curd rice garnish with fresh chopped coriander Delicious beetroot curd rice is ready to serve enjoy
